Terms and Conditions
- Rates are inclusive of 6% government tax, 10% service and heritage tax.
- Check in time: 2.00 pm
- Check out time: 12.00 noon
- Late check out charge:* late check out RM10 per hour* after 6.00 pm, full daily room rate
- Reserved room are held until 1600 unless prepayment is paid to hotel prior to arrival with receipt issued.
- All Rates in Ringgit Malaysia and are subject to change without prior notice
- Any other additional persons with age above 12 years old will be charged a rate of RM30 per person per night.
- Surcharge of RM30 nett per room per night is applicable during Weekends (Friday & Saturday), Eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays RM 50.00 will be charge.
- Personal Cheques are not accepted.

- Heritage charge shall be paid to the council RM 2.00 for every room rented or occupied
- Government staff entitle to get discount 10% off for weekend & 20% off for weekdays.(They must produce government staff ID).
- Eve of public holiday, weekend, school holiday and during our festival season, a surcharge will be applied to all rooms. Any cancellation of your booking MUST be done/made forty-eight(48) hours before 1400 hours checking time on the day of arrival. Failure to do so, 100% charges shall be incurred by your good self.
